Terms & conditions

This win your Invictus Luxury Vinyl Flooring promotion/ competition (“Prize Draw”) is hosted by Associated Weavers Ltd, F Mill, 2nd Floor East Dean Clough Mills Halifax HX3 5AX West Yorkshire, England (“The Promoter”). The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

 

1. How to enter

  1. Follow @invictuscarpetflooring on Instagram 
  2. Like & save the giveaway post, drop the name of the Invictus Luxury Vinyl Flooring you like the most in the comments and tag 2 friends who might be interested
  3. Sharing the competition post to your Instagram stories & tagging @invictuscarpetflooring in it will count as an extra entry

1.1 Entries must be made between 7am GMT on December 6 and 7am GMT on December 13, 2021 (“Competition or Competition Period”) to be valid. The winner will be announced on Thursday December 16, 2021 on the @invictuscarpetflooring Instagram page. Entries received after the end of the Prize Draw will not be valid. No third party or automated entries are permitted.

1.2 No purchase is necessary. Purchases will not increase the chances of winning.

 

2. Entrants

2.1 This Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom only. Entrants  must be over the age of 18.

2.2 Employees of the promoter or any associated company and their immediate family as well as sponsors of the Prize Draw and their employees and judges of the Prize Draw and their immediate family, or anyone else involved in the organisation of the Prize Draw, may not enter the Prize Draw.

2.3 Entrants must have their own active and public personal Instagram account.

2.4 All entrants (including the winner(s)) must comply with any reasonable directions given to him or her by the Promoter in connection with the Prize Draw. Failure to comply with such directions may result in an invalid entry and/or withdrawal of the Prize.

 

3. Winner selection and contact

3.1. The Promoter will select 1 x winner at the end of the Competition Period. The decision of the Promoter shall be final. The Promoter will announce the winner by naming the winner on @invictuscarpetflooring Instagram page.

3.2. No correspondence will be entered into the respect of any decision made in connection with the Prize Draw.

3.3. At the end of the day, the Promoter will announce the winner on instagram and will also contact the winner via direct message on Instagram. (“Winner”) whereby the Promoter will ask the entrant for their name, email address and delivery address (“Details”). Once the Details have been provided in the manner stipulated herein, the Promoter will provide further details regarding the Prize.

3.4. If any winner fails to provide their Details to the Promoter within 48 hours of the Promoter announcement and direct message, asking them to provide the Details in accordance with clause 3.2 then the Promoter acting in its absolute discretion may:

3.5.1. Make further attempts to contact that winner; and/or

3.5.2. Withdraw the Prize from that Winner.

3.6. If the Prize is declined by a Winner or is withdrawn from a Winner by the Promoter under clause 3.

3.6.1. The declining or forfeiting Winner will continue to be subject to the provisions of these Terms & Conditions, and the Promoter may offer the Prize to a new Winner selected by the Judges in accordance with this clause 3.

 

4. Prize

4.1. The winner will receive up to 40m² of Invictus luxury vinyl flooring of their choice, together with an Invictus starter kit. Includes free delivery. Delivery times are subjected to product availability. Prize does not include floor installation. The prize must be fitted by an authorised Invictus Luxury Vinyl Flooring dealer. Taxes, if any, are paid by the winner.

4.2 The Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable and the Winner cannot request any alternative prize.

 

5. Winner publicity

5.1. The Promoter reserves the right to publish each Winner's name and Entry on the Promoter’s official social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram and on its website found at www.invictus.co.uk. 

5.2. By entering the Prize Draw, if you are a Winner you agree to your Entry being published in accordance with clause 5.1 and to take part in and co-operate fully with all reasonable publicity accompanying or resulting from this Prize Draw without further recompense.
